LUST LIST / MARCH

As you're all probably aware, today is March 1st. March. MARCH

When the hell did that happen?! Did anyone else's parents vow that time would start flying by as they got older? Well, mine did and my god were they right. Every hour (not spent at work), every day, every month and every year just seem to whiz by. Anyway, to soften the blow a bit I've created this months Lust List to distract myself (or so I tell myself anyway...)

All of the below are links to where you can purchase each product.

BEAUTY & SKINCARE

Thanks to both Lily Pebbles and The Anna Edit, who are the biggest enablers ever, I've been lusting over the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel for a loooong time but I've always been half way through a tub / tube of an alternative cleanser whenever I've stumbled across it in Space NK but as I'm coming to the end of my Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, I've vowed to finally try out the Oskia cleansing gel. Let's hope it works some magic.

I play it quite safe when it comes to blush and day-to-day I stick to a M.A.C number which gives me just the right amount of colour payoff but with Spring on it's way, I'm keen to branch out and try a few others. I've got my eye on this Becca Blushed with Light Palette which looks dreamy.

FASHION

Despite the icy cold winds and torrential rain, I've been assured that Spring is on the way. With that in mind, there's a massive gap in my wardrobe in terms of appropriate clothing (believe it or not!) I've got thousands of jumpers and the same amount of summer dresses... but not too much of the in-between so I've got my eye on a few tops & dresses to help me transition into the slightly warmer months.

Topshop - Trumpet Sleeve Blouse

Whistles - AMORE T-Shirt

Zara - White Shirt w/ Back Bows

For anyone that follows me on Instagram (if you don't, you're missing out; @jcjlifestyle) you'll know that I recently invested in a pair of knee-high boots from Public Desire which I adore. They've filled a gap in my shoe department for sure but I'm still on the lookout for some shoes for when it's too warm for boots but it's too cold for sandals. I'm thinking that these cool Brogues from Aldo will fit the bill nicely.

LIFESTYLE

After my H&M Home Spring / Summer collection blog post, I can't stop thinking about all of the items I featured on there so I'll definitely have to invest in a few pieces to spruce up my bedroom / living room. Head over to the post to find out which in particular.

All my social media platforms are taking over my life a little bit so I'm keen to nip that in the bud and spend more time at home, especially before bed, reading a good book rather than being attached to my phone / laptop. Here are a couple that I'll be popping into my Amazon basket shortly...

FOOD

This is a bit of a random one but I've decided to give up chocolate for Lent. It breaks my heart even saying it because I'm a massive chocoholic but I'm going to test my discipline and try and stay clear for the six-ish weeks. To replace it, I've found some healthier alternatives like the Deliciously Ella Energy Balls & Nakd Posh Bits which I'll be stocking up on to curb any cravings. Wish me luck.

That's all for now. Wishing you all a fabulous March & stay tuned for lots of exciting posts this month.

If you're new here, a massive welcome to you; I post every Monday, Wednesday & Friday! Look forward to welcoming you back.
